Security and compliance - Off-system offers, personal-contact sharing, and unauthorized client transfer are prohibited. - Activity inside Amezay BOSS is logged, monitored, and may be reviewed under compliance controls. - Reference checks, background research, and criminal-record verification may run under explicit consent. Payout and quality - Commission/payout release stays tied to the relevant commercial close, settlement, and quality-approval windows. - Amezay may update lane ownership based on customer satisfaction, service quality, and data discipline. - Stable high performers may later be considered for permanent employment or broader commercial ownership.
