Amezay AI Software Global Solutions Yazılım A.S. ("Amezay", "we") operates amezay.com and provides the AEGIS AI Engineering Control Plane. For personal data processed through this website, Amezay acts as the data controller. Contact: gov@amezay.com.

• Assessment requests: when you submit the assessment request form we store your name, work email, and any optional details you provide (phone, company, message).
• Aggregate visit data: we record anonymous, first-party page events (page path, referring page, interface language) to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling.
• Communications: if you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we process the correspondence and contact details you share.

3. Why we process it

We use assessment request data solely to respond to your request, prepare and conduct the requested architecture assessment, and follow up on related engagement. Aggregate visit data is used to operate and improve the website. Legal bases: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (assessment handling); legitimate interests in operating and securing our website (aggregate analytics, abuse prevention); consent where required.

4. Where the data lives

Data submitted through this site is stored on infrastructure operated by Amezay in Türkiye. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate our systems (for example email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Assessment request records are retained while the related conversation or engagement is active and thereafter as needed for legitimate business documentation. Aggregate analytics events are retained in aggregated form. Correspondence is retained consistent with statutory retention periods.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR where applicable and Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data — KVKK), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Only strictly functional storage may be used where necessary for the site to function.
