By accessing amezay.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms govern use of the public website; any assessment, license, deployment, or services engagement with Amezay is governed by its own separately executed agreement.
2. About the site
The site presents the AEGIS AI Engineering Control Plane developed by Amezay AI Software Global Solutions Yazılım A.S. Content is provided for general information. Descriptions of capabilities, deployment timelines, and program terms are illustrative and become binding only in a signed agreement.
3. Assessment requests
Submitting an assessment request form constitutes a request for contact, not a binding offer. Submitting accurate contact information and only requests you are authorized to make is your responsibility. We may decline any request at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with, probe, or overload the site or related infrastructure.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
- Do not scrape or reuse site content for competing commercial purposes without written permission.

Workspace terms — test-firma
These workspace terms apply to the test-firma tenant's use of Amezay platform services. They extend the company-wide terms: the tenant workspace is provisioned under the executed subscription agreement, data is isolated per tenant, and use is subject to the applicable plan's entitlements. In case of conflict between this page and the signed agreement for the tenant, the signed agreement prevails.

These workspace terms apply to the acme tenant's use of Amezay platform services.
